To this end we strive to be the best and deliver the best services to our patients. Our practice is located in central Orange County and our patients come from all parts of Orange County.

About Your Visit

OC Aesthetics© is owned and managed by board certified physician that lives and practice in Orange County. Dr. Ken Williams is considered a concierge physician providing personal and professional care with our patients. Our staff is comprised of professionally trained and certified medical and aesthetic specialists: Doctors, Nurses and Aestheticians.

Arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment. This will give you some time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. OC Aesthetics© clients enjoy prompt appointments, so treatments begin and end on time.

Appointment and Cancellation

Please book appointments two weeks in advance when possible. We request that appointments be held with a credit card, gift card or pre-paid credit. We require a 24 hour notice for date change or cancellation. No-shows are charged for the schedule visit.

Shhh ...

We respectfully request cell phones and PDAs be turned off. It is for your peace of mind as well as those around you. As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that children not be brought to our office. The typical minimum age for medical spa services is fourteen.

In appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

Clothing

Depending on the type of service, there may not be a need to disrobe. Our professional staff respects your privacy and wants you to feel comfortable. Our therapists are trained in draping techniques that reveal only the part of the body they are working on.

Physical Concerns

Concerns relating to pregnancy, impaired mobility, allergies, recent surgeries or medical conditions should be discussed with our physician or providers prior to your visit.

Your Comfort

If at any time during your treatment, you do not feel comfortable with the temperature, pressure or technique being used, please do not hesitate to advise your practitioner. They will not be offended and will appreciate being able to make your visit more comfortable.

What is a MedSpa

Our office is founded upon a medical model of aesthetic and cosmetic services rather than a dayspa model. The term medspa or medical spa, reflects a day spa type ambience. While our office is aesthetic appealing, we are a medical based office with on site physicians and nurses that provide medical care and services to our patients. Unlike many medspas that are franchises or chains that have no physician present on site, our office is privately and solely owned by Dr. Williams who remains involved in traditional medical and surgical care.

Consultations

Educating yourself about treatments is important. All patients new to a procedure benefit from an initial consultation designed to review treatment options which suit your body and your preferences. You will receive information related to these treatments and we encourage you to ask questions.

Little to No Downtime

Our office treatments offer fast results requiring little to no downtime. Our guests often leave feeling and looking healthier and younger right away, while experiencing no discomfort or after-effects of their procedures.

Billing & Insurance

Our office does not bill for cosmetic or aesthetic procedures unless a medical indication exists with the proposed treatment plan. All services are due prior to services are rendered.
